Yves Salomon offers a complimentary return service for all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition with all tags and security seals intact. Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the dust bags and authenticity cards are included to protect the delicate materials.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a collection at your convenience.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
